6. User Conduct
You agree to use CopyPilot only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of CopyPilot. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within CopyPilot.

You acknowledge that CopyPilot may store copies of your messages and API Keys as necessary to provide services to you. Information will be stored and protected according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination and Suspension
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
CopyPilot and its employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
